I just want to see who the other guys are that get in before railing away at Hester or anybody. I just don't get how thaat group of voters would sit there and continue to say, you know Patrick Willis has to keep waiting. Or we're going to Darren Woodson fall into the Seniors Bucket of Candidates

TMZ Sports says Gates didn't get in, if that happens just wow

How the hell did Gates miss out, if he did? He’s a no-doubt Hall of Famer.

Very happy for Patrick Willis. Covered him at Ole Miss. Unbelievable story, of his impoverished childhood outside Jackson, Tennessee.

One hellacious player. Glad he got out with his health intact, and last I heard, doing quite well in his post-football life.

The Niners under Harbaugh would have not been what they were without him. The offense was great but damn that defense with Willis was as good as any, ever.

I’m also shocked Hester got in but Gates didn’t. I’d hands down flip flop those two. Yeah Hester was like none other nor will we ever see another like him with rule changes, but to leave Gates out? I don’t know if I’d do that.

Love seeing Freeney in. Think I saw about every game he played. True difference maker.

And great for Steve McMichael. Deserving. And wonderful for Mongo to get in now with his awful health situation.

Yeah. Gates should be in. I imagine it’s a one-year delay.

Andre Johnson is worthy. And I think Reggie Wayne will make it as well.

You get this far in the process, you're going to get in and they all deserve it. But it's always interesting how they go with which 5. I think they were getting sick of the receiver logjam between him, Wayne and Holt. At some point you just have to send someone through

Holt and Wayne are the only two finalists from 2020 still not in
