Running 2024 golf thread

I was at an Orioles-Blue Jays DH a couple of years ago and they cut off beer sales by the fourth inning of the second game, same reasoning. Dumbasses were getting too plastered and causing problems.

 

I like Kisner a lot.
Him and Kaufman were brutal yesterday.
In fact, that entire broadcast is a joke.

Scheffler is quickly becoming the most annoying player on tour to watch. Every time he misses a putt, he gives this reaction like he got charged $800 for a taco.
Just absolutely shocked. How could this happen?
Enough already.

 

At least they're not threatening their bankers with jail or even worse.

 

So you're annoyed that a golfer is annoyed for missing putts that have millions of dollars riding on them?
Would you rather he heaved his putter into a lake like Daly or dropped F-bombs like Tiger?

 

I threw a 7-iron into a pond once. Dropped a lot of "fuck" as I stalked off the course, too.

 

I've always been under the impression that golf clubs that have outlived their usefulness ought to wind up in a lake, since so many of the balls they've hit over the years landed there first.
