When defenses really suck, when the offense is bulldozing right through, there aren't many long-yardage plays on any down.

It always used to be fun to comb through the AP wire when they moved box scores and stats for top 25 college football games, especially the early-season non conference fire drill games.

Invariably there would be a few 77-14 games where time of possession was 38-22 ... for the losing team. Because the winning team would have scoring plays of 83, 77, 68 and 59 yards.

You should look up who funds them before declaring how fine you are with them.

Apologies for misreading. Thought you were referring to the HeGetsUs folks.

We got a Dunkin like six or seven years ago to big fanfare. No one is ever there.

Dunkin has come back strong in my part of SoCal after trying and failing to grab a foothold 10-20 years ago. The coffee is much better than the donuts, which are a click above store bought.

That’s why it’s not called Dunkin Donuts anymore.

They make a pretty hearty bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Not a go-to, but a nice option when you're running late and need something quick.

We have one Dunkin in my town and probably (at least) 20 Starbucks. It’s not like we’re Portland with one every third block, but we have a bunch.

As I've posted before, the Dunkin' is the only franchise of any kind allowed in my Cape Cod town.
