"Ol' 55" and "On the Border," from the same album, also stand out as early winners.

He posted that he got an infection and voice wasn’t up to par.

I’m not sure he’ll ever play another show with Amanda in the band…

I can attest to all of this. Worst concert I’ve been to … thankfully it was a double-bill with Live, so they salvaged the evening.

Wife and I saw an amazing performance by Sergei Teleshev and his daughter Maria tonight. They’re both award-winning accordion players, and he’s one of the best in the world. A local venue hosted them for a free performance, and they played for about two hours. Just great stuff.

Welp, I’ve got Isbell twice this spring and three nights with the Dead in the Sphere this summer. My concert budget is gone.

Snagged a ticket for Neil Young in Toronto. Going with a friend - we saw the Ragged Glory tour on Montreal 30 plus years ago.

There's a nearly new 8,000 seat amphitheater in Huntsville, Al. Neal and Crazy Horse tickets just went on sale. I won't make it, but I'd like to.

If it's that small, better bring ear plugs.

    Funnily enough, they toured together.

I'm considering Chris Knight with his full band here in NC next month. I've gotten away from almost all of country music in the last several years (I think I'm getting a harder age as I get older; been hammering The Loved Ones lately because of my love for Dave Hause). And I know my politics likely don't line up with Chris, who's traditional and more Americana than country anyway. But he's a helluva songwriter and I should go see him.

Yes you should. He’s a great storyteller. The Trailer Tapes is one of my favorite albums ever.
