    She hasn't made any criminal money laundering cases. She actually started out trying to build a criminal case against Trump, and couldn't.

    Which is how she ended up. ... with that Section 63(12) and a "fraud" when none of the actual parties involved has ever claimed any fraud or harm.

    It's not a shitshow debate. ... that very well may be true. But then, a prosecutor needs to make a criminal money laundering case and prove it. Would be great if they could actually do something legit, like that.

    This was a case of finding a law (a way) to use to get your target. That is never how justice actually gets served.

    It's not just just because Trump is a dick or because you are certain that he broke a law somewhere else. In fact, this kind of thing (the Alvin Bragg, paying a porn star case, too) just helps Trump to muddle everything (for example, the criminal classified document case or the election fraud case) and convince some very dumb people that it's ALL a "witch hunt."
