    He didn't break the law. The law used to prosecute that civil case is pliable nonsense. And the point is that that judge could have made up any number. Precisely because they took a transaction that the parties had no problem with it and turned it into a fraud, and that judge then got to substitute his judgment of what the transactions SHOULD HAVE cost for what the actual participants actually agreed to. There is nothing scientific about that, it was pulled from the judge's sphincter. The fact that was such a ridiculous number feeds the idea that this was a vendetta, not actually justice.
