Going to reveal some real dumb-assery, but is there any way to delete unwanted female followers?
Gave it a cursory look so might have missed such an option ... if there is one.

 

You can go to their profile page and there's a "..." near the top. Click that and one of the options is "remove this follower." You can also block or mute them.
