Wonder if he has any NIL money left to help pay the bond.
Does the NCAA eligibility clock keep running while you're awaiting trial?

When I didn’t hear Eli doing the playoff game, I knew it wasn’t good.

Eli and Barney were the guys doing NASCAR during my formative years.

They non-renewed him. And people are pissed.

It’s a sad, messy ending and I understand anyone suspicious of AD Greg Byrne being a weasel yet again. But I strongly suspect they tried to give him a graceful exit and he refused. His skills and accuracy started eroding the last half-decade and this season was noticeably bad. And this isn’t a broadcast network where they can stick him on Cardinals-Chargers Dick Enberg style and hope nobody notices.

Chris Stewart has been loyal to the university too, calling basketball and baseball since 1998. He deserves the opportunity.

Thanks for the explanation, didn't know he was slipping. But yeah, that's a tough one for bosses.

According to teh Twitter, longtime play-by-play man John Forney also was replaced not long after Bear Bryant retired following the 1982 season.
