Apparently uncertain that she's served any time at all. I suppose Sleepy Merrick would be concerned that the old men in the diner would be upset or Faux Fascist Noise would think it was unfair.

This guy landed back in jail because a judge decided that his attorneys were working to facilitate his fleeing the country. Never should have been allowed out in the first place.
