There were apparently some problems earlier in the PPV with Bleacher Report's stream of it not working.

Not sure if AEW will put up the uninterrupted footage, but some people in the arena have already done it. This one has better audio than the first version I posted.

I don't know if that was sugar glass or real stuff, but the shots I saw of Darby's back during the speech were absolutely GNARLY.

This had to have been just about as much of a given as you could have for a Philly WrestleMania.

Who inducts him? Doesn't really seem to go with Roman's character, and Brock is persona non grata right now. Is it Punk? One of the ECW OGs? Dreamer? Dudleys? Heyman introduced Goldberg, so a reciprocation? Austin was an old-school Heyman Guy.

    Curtis Axel. Duh.

Seriously though, they typically break kayfabe for the HOF, so I could see Roman or Punk. Brock should be the one, but they ain’t going to have him for obvious reasons. Dreamer also seems obvious, although after his remarks about wanting to pull a Benoit with Heyman at WM, can’t take the risk on live TV.

RVD seems like a good choice, but he’s made those AEW appearances, so who knows if the E has forgiven him yet. Taz is in AEW, so that’s a no-go. Sabu and Sandman could be inductees, so who knows?

Maybe Mick Foley? He’s done intros before and I don’t believe he’s currently on anyone’s shit list. Maybe Joey Styles, although he hasn’t been around for years. Or Heyman can introduce himself.

That had become Sting's gimmick in AEW, though. By and large — and crazily, at age 64 — he'd become a legit hardcore legend. It made sense he'd take that to an extreme (no pun intended) for his farewell match.

Did Darby have to go as far as he did last night? Probably not, but Sting knew his time was ticking and bump card was running out, so he wanted to go out with a bang. And I wouldn't be surprised if he had some extra protection under the jacket he was wearing.

I admit to not following Sting during the TNA days, but during his AEW run, he looked to be having as much fun as he's had since the WCW heyday.

Nice gesture for Cole to congratulate Sting on Raw.

Yeah, and McAfee referenced last night’s match.

    Forbidden Door confirmed!
