Oklahoman shakeup

Some info I heard today from a very good source: Apparently there was a lot of, um, dishonesty about the financial state of the company and there was misrepresentation about several things, including the involvement level of some of the backers (yes, Toby Keith included). This has led to all of the sudden departures. Feel awful for all of the folks who joined.

I love it when people think it’s cool to fuck around with others’ livelihoods.

It takes a special kind of asshole to lure someone away from one job to another when the Jenga tower is so compromised.

 

Assholes like this will always land on their feet and come up with another scheme.

 

Heard a lot about this guy from common acquaintances, none of it good. And this was before the shady shit that allegedly went down here.

 

Unfortunate.

Another flop like this just confirms how impressive it is that Dejan Kovacevic--warts and all--has managed to turn DK Pittsburgh Sports into a long-lasting success. (I probably just hexed it and him, sorry)

Saw another tweet that referenced a lot of people still being owed a lot of money, and lawsuits probable. Should be a fascinating story.
