When Cole had Vince in his ear, he was one of the most grating parts of each broadcast (especially through the anonymous GM and Lawler feud mess).

Now that he and others actually have some freedom, Cole is as popular and over as he's ever been.

Him and Pat are a classic pairing, which is ironic because at the very beginning, it was Cole who criticized Pat for wearing shorts when he was doing preshow and watch along at the last WrestleMania at MetLife. Though Cole may have just been a middle man with Vince for all we know.

Agreed. He sounds like he’s actually having fun out there, and that rubs off on the audience.

Vince would have had him wear the antlers to embarrass him instead of making it a fun thing.

That makes two suspensions/forced leave for Sammy. Not a subscriber, but I believe it was not so much because of the botched Shooting Star Press, but because Sammy went forward with his finisher when Jeff Hardy was concussed.

Sting bringing out his sons may have been my favorite part from Sunday night. They both look so much like him that I really thought for a second that Sting really went back to full Surfer mode for his final match.

He made a brief appearance a month or so ago when Ava officially was named GM, but there is something right about him being back on NXT TV. And the faceoff with his boy was a nice touch.

There's the top two matches for Stand & Deliver.

And damn is Trick over in NXT. Maybe even more than the likes of Gargano and Keith Lee during their heydays.

The Dark Side on John Tenta might be the least "dark side" they've done, but it's still been a good one.

Along family, the main talking heads were Jake Roberts, Jerry Sags, Fred Ottman and Haku.

It did talk about the shoot fight with the sumo in Japan, but it was mainly about how his nice guy reality was such an antithesis for his killer of a character. Was sad, though, with how his career fell at the end -- culminating with the Oddities.

Also talked about tag partner Tugboat (Ottman) and his turn as the Shockmaster. It did have a clip of Tugboat (Cody Rhodes' legit uncle) clocking Rocky Johnson with a boom box in the '80s. That would be a nice callback in this current Mania feud.

    Next week is Buff Bagwell.

Loved the positive ending to Slaughter's Bio, but next week on Scott Hall is going to be depressing as hell.

Great choice. With all due respect to Torrie Wilson and Staci Kiebler, a very warranted addition to the women's wing.

Sure to be inducted by the Damage Control ladies, I would think. Or Madusa/Alundra.

AEW's new Dynamite logo looks to be ripping off NXT 2.0, which itself was ripping off the original AEW look, so does this mean AEW is ripping off itself?
