No. Not wrong. At least in theory. But maybe the major dominoes are about to stop falling and he thinks he's got to get out.

What this tournament needs is more teams from the B1G and the SEC.

 

I wonder if they start completely over because it was all assumed May was headed there. The other bigger jobs avauilable: Louisville, Washington, Oklahoma State, Stanford, SMU

Can you imagine the fan outcry from a big-time program if they are poised to hire a guy from freaking Indiana State? Not saying that's valid, but winning the perception of a hire is arguably more important now than it ever has been.
