This of course is flagrantly unconstitutional and violates the normal process of impeachment by which a SCOTUS justice would have to be removed, but team MAGA is confident such actions would be upheld by SCOTUS -- Sotomayor herself would have to recuse of course, but Fatfuck would also demand any justices appointed by Obama or Biden must be disqualified due to "obvious bias."
