Duke playing UConn in a women's Sweet Sixteen game feels like a no-win situation for anyone.

It was a lot easier when they were just Mankato State. And Moorhead State.

We rip the men. We can rip the women.

23-13 at halftime in a Sweet 16 is atrocious.

Need another descriptive term for completing a simple task, because clearly “layup” is no longer a match.

Nancy Armour is in Kim Mulkey's corner, and says the rest of the media is being both racist and sexist.

But while reading it, I realized something. If you think about the great white players of the last 25 years, none of them have played for Mulkey. Kelsey Plum, Caitlin Clark, Paige Bueckers, Sabrina Ionescu, Brianna Stewart, Elena Delle Donne, Sue Bird, Lindsay Whalen... none of them played for Mulkey. Now, maybe this isn't a race issue, because most (but not all) of those players are LGBTQ, and we've already got the narrative that Mulkey is a homophobe.
