Kim Mulkey looks like a Pride parade just went past her driveway.

Looking at WNBA all-star heights, she's a bit bigger than most of the guards (who are sub 6'0"), but most of the wings are closer to 6'3", 6'4" types. I think her game is similar to Curry's, but in the WNBA, she might be too tall for the small guards to cover and too fast for the wings. I think she's going to be really good from the second she gets into the league, especially if she can punish smaller guards in the post if they try to cover her that way.

Not close to establishing position. Bad call.

    Reese lowered her shoulder. In 2024, that’s a charge. In 1985, it’s a block.

It’s about each player having a space on the floor. The defender might not have beaten Reese to the spot, but Reese drove her shoulder into the chest of her defender, or the defender’s space. Reese doesn’t drop her shoulder, then she might have gotten a foul call or a no call.

    Agree — either a no-call or a block.

Again, I give Reese a ton of credit for playing much of the game on a sprained ankle.
