She's both incompetent and in the tank for Trump. She's pulling this shit after she was already verbally whipped by an appeal court overruling that determined she was giving Trump special treatment, so she absolutely doesn't give a fuck. And there's good reason for her not to. Best case scenario for her is Trump wins and there's a decent chance if that happens it'll be a MAGA Senate and she'll be on the short short short list of replacements for Clarence Thomas. If Trump doesn't win, she's still on the bench and on the case, so there's no real downside for her. She's a judge until she eventually gets booted for doing something unethical, which would probably happen in the next 5-10 years.

If Biden somehow pulls this out and even moreso if he pulls this out and gets Senate luck/help in Texas and Montana, judicial term limits have to be on the docket. We are not currently in an environment where lifetime bench appointments is going to work.

 

By that point he'll likely already be convicted in New York State.

He'll be snapped up and sent to Rikers or Sing Sing or Otisville, or whatever prison, the second he lifts his leg and even farts a hint at a J6 repeat.

 

I'd be find if he spent the rest of his life in exile.

 

The concern about Cannon is she will wait until a jury is empaneled and then direct a bench dismissal, which is not appealable.

Frankly I don't know why Jack is holding off filing a writ of mandamus to take her off the case forthwith. The Atacama has powder that's less dry.

 

A normal person would, but that would actually require an admission of wrongdoing.

 

With a sentencing recommendation that there's no gold course there.

 

Why the flaming fuck would a re-elected Biden DOJ accept any plea deals on any of this shit from Fatfuck?

It's time to stamp this shit out in a big way.

Fire Garland and order the new AG to prosecute every case against Fatfuck anybody can think of, and go to the mat for max sentences on everything.
