That isn’t the least bit relevant to how SEC fandom works.

I'm still trying to get my head around the IU women's team being consistently better than the Purdue women's team.

It would be nice, but frankly, there are only about a half-dozen coaches that fit that description. And Tennessee can't really offer them anything beyond what they have. Not in 2024.

Kalipari couldn't win at a school where he didn't need to cheat.

Not me stress-listening to KSR and wondering if Nate Oats has a prominent door.

    Arkansas? That's a weird one.

If Cal says no, perhaps it's time to pick up the batphone and call 82-year-old Nolan Richardson.

This is not intended as a slight, but I've got to think prospective coaches would see it as a major red flag that Calipari would willingly leave Kentucky for Arkansas.

    Maybe.

But they might also realize he was at the end of his run and looking for a soft spot to land - which was provided by the scion of the Tyson Chicken fortune. I mean, $8m per year is a nice final contract before retirement.

Bill Self to Kentucky would be huge if it happened.
