I have a simple idea.

Vote the fuckers out in November.

 

Roe has already been trashed. And 6-3 or 7-2 is largely the same equation.

I'm all for tax cuts. Just not for billionaires and corporations.

And the border thing could've been done, if not for trump.

That's a pretty thin list of reasons.

 

7-2 might not get any more decisions, but it would have a hell of a lot more staying power.

 

Not enough attention has been paid to how many dubious issues have been elevated to the SCOTUS level - Red state AGs and interest groups know they have a friendly audience so they will throw stuff against that wall and stuff that wouldn't even have been heard a decade ago, is getting a day in court. Throw in the lower courts who are well aware of this, and they'll follow suit.
This court really put a hit on the whole "precedent" thing.

There are plenty ideas that are automatically invalid. That’s the point.

 

Why are you making my single opinion as an absolute adoption of Trump policy or belief?

Political beliefs or opinions can exist outside of a concept of parties or left/right.

 

This is just absurd. The idea that a single opinion cannot be discussed on its merits without giving it a political label or ascribing a set of political beliefs to the person stating the opinion is boggling.

 

You say that like this hasn’t been a problem for the last 16 years. Congrats. You know what it’s like to be a liberal.
