The timing is pretty standard for WWE, no? Usually after Mania is when they cut the roster size down, partially because angles are finished, partially so guys can't hold them up on the booking for Mania. (Like when Jeff Jarrett, IIRC, demanded $500k to drop the IC belt to Chyna before leaving.)

 

The usual post-Mania housecleaning is usually for the lower card folks. I think this guy caught heat for letting so many A-list deals come down to the wire.

Surprised to see Tiffany lose to Naomi, but I suppose they can get to the inevitable Tiffany-Bayley match later. Tiffany is just so damn crisp in the ring.
