Yeah, Bibi isn't listening to Biden. This thing is going to blow up.

Bibi got away with the first one and came out smelling like a rose. If he pokes the tiger again he's gonna get bit.

Good for the NYT. They haven't lost their way so much that they are letting the widespread hijacking of language seep its way into their coverage on this, at least.

Just texted my friend who works in Columbia communications. He's had a fun day.

Here's the CNN tick-tock on the latest developments. Pretty telling that Iran is basically defenseless against Israeli attacks while Israel can shoot down Iranian equivalents of Iraqi Scuds at will.

Live updates: Israel-Iran tensions, Isfahan explosions, Gaza war

ADD: Sorry to say it, but this increases the likelihood of Hezbollah action to the north because they're already on the ground, have had more direct success, and will be much harder to root out of southern Lebanon as the Israelis learned two decades ago.

The logistics of a ground war involving Israel and Iran across Jordan, Syria and/or Iraq will make such a ground war highly unlikely. It'll be an air and proxy army war with likely naval support from us and the Brits.

A war with Iran might actually cause the thing Hamas sought to nip in the bud: An alliance between Israel and Saudi Arabia against a common enemy.
