    To play Devil's Advocate, the Falcons didn't have any glaring needs and would it shock anyone if Cousins got hurt again before his deal is up?

    On the other hand, Penix is the oldest QB in the draft who has suffered two big injuries himself. So he might not be the best insurance policy.

    And Broncos fans are already pissed at Zach Wilson, who changed his number to....10 (Nix's preferred number) - also pissed because if he chose 3, they could hold on to the jerseys they bought when Russell Wilson was "the guy."

    I was so hoping that Atlanta would trade up and get Alt.
    When that didn’t work, they’re assuming Cousins will be in a cast by Week 4 so they got Penix.
