    Macklin Celebrini, the consensus No. 1 pick, is the son of the Golden State Warriors' vice president of player health and performance. Considering the 2 of the 3 NHL teams in California are currently ass, and the NorCal one is particularly so, they don't even really need to cook the books on this one, as there is currently a nearly 1-in-3 chance that the Sharks or Ducks will have the No. 1 pick.

    Yes, I am a University of Iowa graduate … but back in my college days, I visited a friend in Ames and we had a great time watching an Iowa State club hockey game with a large group. And no, the game was not in Hilton.
