    We kept our boy and didn't Noem him. That was all I meant to say. The neighbor would've done it for us otherwise and would've been within his rights.

    Noem's political judgment, however, can be called into question simply by relating this anecdote in prose. A stupid political move by a political person. You NEVER kill dogs if you're running for office.
