    Oh, I think you're giving Devin Nunes too much credit here. This is a guy who sued a pretend cow on Twitter. To him and the other true believers, it's another conspiracy. @DanOregon captured the spirit of the thing.

    Critically important day for Trump's criminal trial in New York. The case has gone extremely well for the prosecution and Trump's lawyers need to do a better job on their cross of Michael Cohen than they did Tuesday.

    The state did a very good job of bolstering a witness with a history of lying and a criminal conviction in his background, while also providing good context for why he should be believed now. Trump's lawyers must poke holes in his testimony today.

    Never pardon anyone before a conviction.

    Regardless of what gets wiped off later in legal terms, "convicted" must be part of the pardoned person's biography.
