It is interesting only the right-wing press is running with this story and it is interesting that all they quote Biden as saying is "pandemic." Is it at all possible Biden was referencing the Ebola pandemic and these dilweeds are more interested in a gotcha because Biden wasn't 100 percent clear about what he was referring to?

 

Ebola wasn’t a pandemic.

H1N1 was. And it was during Biden’s vice presidency.

 

I was thinking what would be around during 2014. H1N1 was 2009ish. Ebola was making rounds in 2014 and they were worried it would be a pandemic. In any case

He seems to be pretty clearly talking about H1N1, though I have no clue why Obama would’ve sent him to Detroit in response.

 

Defense team might have severely overstepped by calling a combative witness in Robert Costello. Judge is PISSED at his behavior.

Content of testimony aside, pissing off the judge is no way to win a jury. Given the defense's missteps elsewhere in the trial and confusing arguments at times, this could help the prosecution. Of course, it only takes one MAGA nut on the jury to hold firm and not get a conviction.
