    Jury has four requests.

    NYT: Three of the requests relate to testimony from David Pecker, the former publisher of The National Enquirer, who prosecutors say was part of a conspiracy to suppress negative news on Trump’s behalf during the 2016 election. One of them relates to Michael Cohen, also alleged to be a part of that conspiracy.

    If he's convinced, I'm betting a fine with no jail time. If there is jail time, I expect the governor of New York to commute the sentence.

    JFC. What a total load of bullshit. If you’re a judge at any level, let alone SCOTUS, you remove it immediately because of even the mere appearance of conflict of interest.

    What a shitty lie. But he knows he’s untouchable so ethics don’t apply to him.
