If the SCOTUS jumped in, there would be no point to the SCOTUS anymore, no rule of law, no stare decisis, it’s like Brazil in the 80’s when I just laughed at that country and their supposed institutions, they were merely tools for their dictator, and yet here we are. Unbelievable.

 

He'd plead the fifth to everything. The prosecutors wouldn't want to waste 20 minutes getting stonewalled.

 

How are any of those benefits/gifts legal? A massive "severance" package in return for refusal to cooperate with authorities in a criminal investigation sounds problematic to me.

Big Ragu already solved the subprime mortgage crisis, and now he is getting to the origins of the virus. This is really exciting stuff.

 

One of the plans cooking for MAGGAT Nation is that soon after retaking power (hours or days), Fatfuck is going to declare Kagan and Sotomayor incapacitated by "diabetic dementia" -- all by himself, by Executive Order, and appoint "acting" replacements (presumably quickly rubber stamped by the MAGGAT Senate).

Would he have authority to do this? Probably not -- but it would be up to the Supreme Court, including his "acting" appointees.

EDIT: They plan to take out Brown by this method as well, of course.

 

He wouldn’t need to. The GQP already has a 6-3 supermajority on the court.

 

That has been going on since the virus started.

 

If putting him on the stand cost him $750k, he might be tempted to say or phrase things in such a way as to make life difficult for the prosecutors. Maybe not perjury, but right up tot he line.

 

Their plan is to make it 9-0.
