He's had many opportunities to label this court as the "Thomas" Court to both demonize them to potential supporters and try to rankle John Roberts by challenging the fact that his associate judges seem to have absolutely no shame in the perception that their judicial decisions can be dictated by the highest bidder. He has to go after this court and politicize them. Make them either do better (fat chance) or respond in kind and prove him right.

Which is worse, that you need to put it INTO the bylawas because your voters are such morons, or that you need to make an EXCEPTION!!

 

You'll have to explain where a President gets the Constitutional authority to go "scorched earth" on the Supreme Court, regardless of how many clowns it has.

 

As an aside, Harlan Crow's brother, is being sued for running a sex-trafficking ring ... although I wonder why it's a civil case.
