The Yankee Stadium crowd yells, "We want Soto!"
Two pitches later, the guy actually batting, a fellow not named Soto, crushes one for a go-ahead, three-run dinger.
Maybe the animals don't want Soto quite as badly now.

Two of the teams in my MLB TV market are that guy and the guy on the Reds Ballys. Pure torture. Thank God for Boog Sciambi and MLB.tv.

As someone noted in the replies to the Tweet Shottie posted, he's absolutely on the spectrum. That sort of tempers my feelings for him. Then I remember he's 46, born into wealth and considers chasing airborne baseballs his life's work. So if someone wanted to deck him, I probably wouldn't complain.

Brian Roberts has spent the last five days laughing about Jose Siri's non-stop crying over called strikes that really ARE in the strike zone.

And he's right; the guy is becoming a cartoon. He's close to landing the No. 2 spot on my MLB shit list behind Tommy Pham.

Now that I think of it ... somebody give me a good, 1-5 MLB shit list.
