    1994 World Cup final kicked at 12:30 p.m. PDT at the Rose Bowl and it hit 100 degrees that day.

    1999 women's World Cup final was a scorcher with a similar kickoff time.

    Going to guess the 2026 Cup final will kick at 3 p.m. EDT for prime time in Europe.

    30 years ago today, my wife and my oldest son went to the Rose Bowl to see USMNT lose to Romania 1-0. It was 106 degrees in Pasadena that day, the hottest day in Pasadena in 1994.
