I'm a Brewers fan now because I've become friends with Joe Ross' family. What a great kid he is; I'm hoping he recovers from his back injury stronger than ever.

I've read more about the Skaggs story than most.
The lack of self-responsibility discussed by the wife and mom is staggering.

Thank you Orioles for following this recipe to a T. And for all of the panic a five-game losing streak can bring, Baltimore is now tied for first because the Yankees have hit a slump at the same time. I think Gee said it earlier in this thread ... playing baseball at the sort of clip the O's and Yankees were was unsustainable. Bumps in the road will happen. Injuries will happen. Slumps will happen. Long season. Just enjoying the ride.

Not good, Philly. And Schwarber came up with a groin pull in the same inning.

Way worse outlook for NYY, lineup-wise.

I've seen some shitty promos in my life but this one is nothing if not piss-poor.

That is utterly insane, and I say that as someone whose child once got a haircut at a Chattanooga Lookouts game.

I’m not gonna “like” this … but as a Braves fan, I love this.

Gives new meaning to the phrase "flush it" after a bad at-bat.
