    EDIT: Having thought about it, now that Biden is king, what’s stopping him from siccing the IRS on the court’s eldest justice?

    What would it accomplish? In the end, nothing, but I'm fine with them no longer "inviting" Roberts to come speak and subpoena his ass before the judiciary committee just to show him there are checks and balances. If congress can subpoena members of the executive and legislative branches, then nine unelected baboons are no different.
