Worked very hard. I remember a book she wrote called “Samurai Widow.”

RIP to a talented woman who dealt with and witnessed a lot. In the thick of it during a major period in comedy, or a least one that I’ve found to be hugely influential in the stuff I like.

She was at the center of the Belishi super nova from 1975 to 1982. All the good and bad that went with it. She was a partner with someone before his fame, then during intense fame. And addiction. I think at one point Belushi at the No. 1 movie, the No. 1 TV show and the No. 1 album at the same time. Insane.

    She had one helluva life.

Was that the same Stephen Bishop that had a fleet (get it?) of yacht rock hits in the 1970s?

Didn't realize the actual "Animal House" theme was his.

This is the first time in my entire life I have ever seen or heard the term “yacht rock”. I have no idea what it means.

    Love “On and On,” though.
