    I can abide alot, but when I reach THAT point, I go off. My kids call it the Coach voice, because that's how loud coaches yell.

    Thanks, @Octave, I think Chapter 3 describes my struggle.
    It's something like:
    That's not okay.
    That's not okay.
    That's not okay.
    That's not okay.
    That's not okay.
    That's not okay.
    That's NOT okay!
    THAT'S NOT OKAY!
    It may or may not cause the person to check themselves. It always makes me feel emotionally and physically sick.

    There is no other male in my house -- wife, two daughters, even a female dog. So yeah, I can run hot sometimes. But I know all of the aforementioned are sometimes sick of me too.

    Well that's not entirely true ... the dog really loves me.

    An older guy (50-60) on the golf course once told me (I was about 26) “you only get so
    much negative energy in your life, use it wisely” and that has stuck with me and I’ve adopted it as one of my guiding principles.

    I don’t go off very often, but there is a point, really far down the road, but when I’m there, I’ll let go somewhat.
