    When I say “knew,” I’m guessing 5-15 seconds. Sniper probably could have taken the kid out before shot was fired, but I have no idea what the engagement rule is in that scenario.

    I think based on the layout he may not have had that much time. I haven’t seen a layout of where the ladder was but if it’s at the back of the building and he’s behind a slanted roof it’s possible he just wheeled and started firing.

    the spectator killed isn’t even close to Trump. He was like three rows from the top of the bleachers.
