Cannon should be praised by all for saving millions in taxpayers dollars; after all, Trump is going to pardon himself five minutes after being sworn in in January.

There is a very good likelihood the case will be quickly restored by the 11th Circuit, but the justice overseeing the 11th is our old friend Clarence. Then it'll be next June or July before the justices get around to using a fillet knife to surgically gut the case - if it gets that far.

This ruling sounds to me like Cannon is conveniently washing her hands of it now that she has cover from the Trump bump.

 

My guess is Cannon heard the VP choice would be today and figured she'd just sliiiiiiiidee that ruling in there.
