    Which recalls Phil Jackson after Paul Pierce was wheeled out during the NBA Finals.

    "Paul got carried off and was back on his feet in a minute. I don't know if the angels visited him at halftime or in the timeout period that he had or not, but he didn't even limp when he came back out on the floor. Was Oral Roberts back there in their locker room?"

    There needs to be a ratcheting down of the current conditions where more and more rental properties are falling into the hands of fewer and fewer corporate behemoths and warping local housing markets. But I have strong doubts that this would lead to that, and indeed there would probably be some pretty gnarly knock-on effects. Ragu is probably going to be right on this one.

    Yes anything that could marginally help the average Joe or Josephine is invariably bad, inflationary, costs someone their job, is socialist and bad for the put-upon billionaire class.
