Watching the game with the fam and my mother is trying to figure out where Serbia is and what it was before the breakup of the Baltic states. She mentions Albania and all I can think of is Coach from Cheers when he and Sam were taking a geography class together: "Albania ... Albania ... you border on the Adriatic ..."

 

Not to start a COVID debate, but it is still a thing and we're just running with it in the Olympics? That's OK? I know it isn't what it was four years ago, but it still isn't good for many and still spreads like a wildfire. Plus, as I just saw a tweet that said "and we shut the world down for this", it adds fuel to all the deniers out there. Maybe everyone there has it so it's no big deal.
