OK. Well, then you just go ahead and group us all as GOP sympathizers. Certainly legitimizes anything you say going forward.

I listen to gambling podcasts. Proxy betting happens all the time in Vegas. You hire a service to place your bets for the weekly Circa Millions/Westgate, etc weekly betting pools.

    I found one.

I just want to hear from @exmediahack on how to middle Harris vs. Trump and then parlay with Kennedy over/under of 3.5 percentage points.

You know it is so just say it.

They're bigly whores and couch fucking fans who want Trump's clicks. It's that simple.

Along the lines of what I have been posting. ... In the 1970s the betting odds on most sporting events were just not very efficient, mostly because it was too small of a market (Las Vegas Casinos with a relatively small pool of bettors) and the odds makers weren't very sophisticated in how they set initial lines, giving too much opportunity before things adjusted. Today there is no edge to be found for 99.9 percent of bettors (even though everyone thinks they know something everyone else doesn't), but in those days, the betting lines were ridiculously exploitable. There were a couple of bettors doing it with information, planting people inside locker rooms (maybe even fixing games, who knows?), factoring in things like weather reports, travel distance and difficulty to get to the game, stadium quirks, turf types, and who knows what else. They'd come up with their own lines feeding variables to computers. People like Billy Walters.

They killed the sportsbooks, who refused to take their money anymore. Getting bets down turned into a giant cat and mouse game. Walters had to use a lot of proxies (he'd burn through them, because they would get recognized), who were placing bets sufficiently small enough to not tip off the Casino that it was him.

    Maybe!

But I'm not sure I believe it, so I didn't say it.
