Absolutely. There are plenty of reasons this idea will be DOA. My only point is, it isn't quite as easy as Tony Clark shaking his head no.

 

Witt Jr. entered tonight at .349 and just blasted a rocket over left-center fence in Cincinnati.

 

While the rest of MLB is hitting ~ .245 on the year. Amazing.

 

Don Orsillo and Mark Grant are one of the best local telecast pairings in MLB.

 

I cannot recall someone lifting his average 50 pts so late in the year. He’s ridiculous right now (and hope he keeps it up)
