I was assured the DNC would be a riotous disjointed mess, and instead all I hear is optimism, hope, and lucid speakers.

Okay fine that was good.

 

At the risk of irking MacGregor ... that was one of Hillary Clinton's greatest moments.

 

Oh hey, there’s Jim Clyburn, the guy who put Biden in office.

 

It’s shocking how well Hillary has held up eight years since YankeeFan diagnosed her with MS.

 

This was an incredibly effective speech. Filled with so much regret. But fucking inspiring.

I’ve caught bits and pieces. Looks like a solid first night. Hillary’s speech was very good.

It’s a strong advertisement for the ticket and the party, which is the whole point.

Only other full remarks I saw were from Shawn Fain. Thought he was really effective.

 

Noted: I’m going to go float on my air mattress in the Lake of Fail. It sure looks like, at least from what I’m seeing tonight, that the Democrats have gotten it together.

 

We've been watching on CSPAN tonight, mostly because we didn't want to miss Kerr, and have to say how refreshing it is to watch this without hearing from the usual suspects.

 

Raskin is great on the attack.

And while I don’t think tbere should be much looking back, they need to hammer trump for Jan. 6 as much as possible. Especially since we’ve been delayed/denied justice in the courts so far.
