    The Democrats do not typically traffic in ruthlessness (to their detriment). Used up about a decade's worth to push/coax/plead Biden out. But the GOP would be so staggered at that moment that maybe she would seize the moment.

    They damn well better. The Senate map is better in 2026 for the Dems, and the Pubes won't do much real damage once MAGA is finally out of the picture. They'll be a rump party for a while post-Stinky.

    The problem is, I think they have to get to 51 straight up to kill the filibuster. A Walz tiebreaker wont be good enough. That will require a major upset somewhere. (Texas?)
