If you don’t think the current education system of the last 15 to 25 years has favored females, then do not look at graduation rates between genders, college acceptance, college enrollment stats.

It’s no wonder many young men are struggling and become easy prey for the con artists selling “masculinity” in a podcast.

And that’s the problem, these young men want to be appear masculine and have almost zero concept of what it means, so yes, some kind of two years mandatory public service would be fucking great. Not just men, women too. Seeing outside of their own bubbles would be a huge win for Americans.

 

I think Jordan Peterson is a con job, but he's not nearly as influential as a school system almost every kid enters into.

Girls have always been better in school at certain things. But didn't we just finish a century of telling ourselves that girls can't learn math?

Again, your culprits here are more likely technology and capitalism, in terms of undermining 'classic' models of male self-worth.
