And birthers have an even worse record in court than 2020 election deniers.

So: Over lunch, I decided I needed a little reminder of what’s at stake in November.

President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

Go back and read how Jan. 6, 2021, unfolded. I’m shocked that so much of the behavior of that day went … completely unpunished.

Anybody who supports Trump and the GOP as it is currently constituted supports that.

Sure was a lot of whooping and celebrating Garland's appointment. :)

On my way home from work I got behind a truck with a state-issued vanity plate that read BDN SKS. That's at least an additional $35 a year on top of your regular fees.
You've really got to be insecure to go that route.

I once thought Pitt knocked it out of the park by hiring Todd Graham.

I wanted Doug Jones, but mostly I was celebrating an unexpected swep of the Georgia runoffs.

    Then all hell broke loose.

Had Biden nominated someone for AG seen as eager to go after Trump and (especially) his coup collaborationists in the GOP caucus, I don't believe that person could've been confirmed. Manchin and Sinema would've croaked it.

I'll have to take a walk down memory lane and read that portion of the thread sometime this week.

I know I'll never, ever stop being pissed off about what those fuckers did in the lead-up to and on Jan. 6. And I'm equally pissed off about the lying and coverup the trumplicans have done in the last three years. It's anti-American and disgusting.

Trump should've been swept into the dust-bin of politics forever. Instead, a morally bankrupt party welcomed him back. I hope Harris wins for many reasons, but at the top of the list is so trump can finally face justice for trying to steal the election.

    Who cares? "Acting attorney general."

Unless/until he tries to steal this one, he won't face any justice.

Just a president acting in his official duties, according to the SCOTUS.
