Danm. Talk about a DEEP hidden gem.

 

If this is true, beyond UFC SYNERGY BABY, seems like a strange decision. Unless NXT will become a touring brand, the weekly shows in Vegas would be ghost towns, if that PLE at the UFC facility was any sign. Not to mention all those staff and wrestlers that would have to uproot and move across country -- on top of the other Florida-based main roster talent who use the PC to train and rehab.

 

That does seem really dumb. The WWE has invested a lot of time and money into the PC, not to mention Florida as their training base going back to the FCW days. Millions of dollars, and it's only about 10 years old so it shouldn't be outdated. Are they going to just flush that away?

What about doing another performance center on the West Coast? Seems like it would be smart to have a sort of year-round "base" in Vegas, too. And with Vince out of the picture, maybe it makes sense to distance from Stamford too.

 

As much money as they spent on their new HQ, they're not leaving Stamford any time soon.

A secondary PC could make sense, though I don't know if they can easily split development between two sites. Maybe a Vegas site could more just be a workout/training facility for the existing talent who aren't Florida-based.

 

A Moxley/Darby feud? I look forward to a clean, amateur-style wrestling showcase they will put on.
