Hold all tickets. The third-party tweet that moved got the rankings wrong.

UPDATE: Now fixed with rankings from official AP page. I haven’t flown through changes like that since my last agate page.

My favorite song snippet from that cartoon is him singing about “the great McCloskey fight.” One day I got curious if I could find the whole song and started Googling. I learned that the full title is Throw Him Down McCloskey and originally it was suuuuper racist. Yikes.

People in Tally are absolutely melting down.
Losing in Ireland to GT was one thing, but at home to BC……
Let’s go ahead and cue up the Deion to Florida State rumors…..

I would love to be in Stillwater.
2 crazy fan bases that are realistic about their teams. When I say crazy, it’s on the sense that they start drinking at 10am THE DAY BEFORE the game. No unrealistic expectations about either team.
This may get into the high 40’s each way.

Deion to FSU wouldn't move the hype needle the way his move to Colorado did.

The only thing you can do at Florida State is win. And then win some more. And then win again. That's what the fan base wants and respects. Deion's not gonna get a "he wears shades and a cowboy hat!" discount from FSU fans.

If he can keep Colorado relevant without actually, you know, winning football games, I think he'd get the king's treatment in Tallahassee.

No. In Tally they expect the football team to win.

FSU has Memphis next. Memphis and Tulane are the popular picks to win the AAC. It's entirely possible that FSU loses three in a row to start the season. I'm certain that they'll be desperate to win this game, but you know the Tigers smell blood in the water and want to collect a scalp. The meltdown if FSU loses will be monumental.

That one might be a blowout or a very fun game indeed.

Memphis football never misses a chance to miss a chance.
