Well, almost nobody who has publicly stated they would leave the country if so or so wins has left the country. So, engaging any statement to that point is silly.

More importantly, the person supposedly threatening to leave would have a passport, get a visa, fly into an airport, and go through customs. Not anything like what the Tweet is implying as comparable.
