Obviously no longer motivated by the 49ers not drafting him.

Ok so if a legitimate stop, fine.

Nothing still justifies getting mauled to the ground. Even the window, just say if you don’t comply you’re going to be cited again. What do we as a society think is the appropriate penalty for not obeying an order? Physical violence when none has been shown by the offender? Not me.

Hill has shown his ass in numerous ways but he didn’t deserve to be face down on pavement for a traffic stop. And who the fuck cuffs Calais Campbell, the most standup, righteous dude in the league?

I'm curious what led to the stop, what was the traffic violation, and why it took four amped-up cops to make the stop. That would explain — not excuse at all, but help explain — why they jumped straight to six wanted stars when he rolled the window up.

And no physical violence has been shown by the offender — to that point. But a person rolling up a tinted window during a traffic stop is a huge danger moment for the cops on the scene. They have no idea if he's grabbing a gun in there, about to drive off, or what. It's happened plenty of times before where cops get shot or dragged while making a stop.
Rolling up the window might be disrespectful, but wouldn't necessitate them dragging him out of the car like that. An uncooperative driver rolling up a blacked-out window, who knows what's about to happen?

Again, the cops were overly aggressive based on the 3 1/2 minutes of that video. And Tyreek wasn't very smart in how he handled his end. Lots of dumbasses running around that scene.

My point exactly; it’s incumbent on the POLICE to justify their actions, not the other way around.

Rolled up window? The possibilities? Well give a specific order to keep window down.

And after he opened the door, they knew exactly what he was doing, he was on the phone, yet they were still “pissed off” so they gave him the business. That’s not how law enforcement is supposed to work. They should pay, and not just $$.

I saw most of Kupp’s 14 catches and that toe tap (actually he got three ft down) was amazing but he only gained 110 yds, which only 7 yds per. Is 14 catches that hard to do when they’re mostly shorties? I’m seriously asking to those know better.

I'm not going to get into a pissing match, outside of saying there's a hell of a lot of defense here for a guy who was not cooperating with a traffic stop. And qt, if he was on the phone getting out of the car, he could get the fuck off the phone at that point.

Finally, to pre-empt this, you may rest assured that if a white man presented himself the same way, I would say he deserved to get yanked out of the car, too.

Tyreek Hill has probably watched a lot of those videos of guys who roll down their window a crack and say they don't answer questions.
