Agreed, but the idea is that she could reach a sizable chunk who would otherwise not register/vote. Given that likely voters are so entrenched, it could be the tipping point.

Speaking of which, we have an 'Evacuation and Reunification,' planning meeting at my daughter's middle school this afternoon. JFC.

How does somebody trivialize a race where one side’s hole card is “They’re eating the dogs!”

It was a prompt for my 23-year-old, who in the last four years has moved from South Carolina to North Carolina back to South Carolina, to double-check her registration status in SC. She noted that she still has my address on her registration despite the fact she has moved recently. I told her to go ahead and get that updated, because you don’t want to give SC any reason to not count your vote.

Fine. Let trivialization of the presidential race be their calling card.

Candidates have used celebrity endorsements since forever. Babe Ruth did ads for Al Smith (didn't help much). This wouldn't happen if the pols involved didn't have concrete evidence they matter, at least a little. Campaigns are about making as many littles as possible into a lot.

Sideshow Bob just stepped on his 87th rake since being named VP running mate to Stinky.
